The Garage

Not everything we make is for sale.

The Garage is where we keep the things we build for the love of it. The questions, thoughts, experiments, and side projects we can’t quite leave alone. Some start with a plan. Some start with curiosity. Some start because we want to see what happens if we build it. They are how we learn. They are a good part of who we are.

Some are live and out in the world. Some are forever being tinkered with.

Take a look around.

Word Hunt Solver app, a 4×4 letter grid with 163 words found

Word Hunt Solver

A curious question over Thanksgiving sent us down a rabbit hole: how many words are actually in a Boggle grid? Word Hunt Solver is what we built to find out.

The MyWeather outdoor sensor, a small white enclosure with an embossed thermometer-and-sun icon, mounted on a wooden post in a garden bed

MyWeather

We wanted to know the exact weather conditions at our house, right on our phone’s lock screen. Nothing fancy. Clean and simple. That small wish pulled us into the world of weather, Arduino, and a lot more.

There is always something else half-built on the workbench.
More to come.
